City of Southgate NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Southgate will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 7:00 pm in the Municipal Council Chambers, 14400 Dix-Toledo Highway, Southgate, Michigan. The purpose of said hearing is required in order to entertain comments from interested individuals regarding: THE PROPOSED WATER AND SEWER RATES TO BECOME EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2026. You may appear at the above-designated hearing to voice your support or objections.
