City of Southgate NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Southgate will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 7:00 pm in the Municipal Council Chambers, 14400 Dix-Toledo Highway, Southgate, Michigan. The purpose of said hearing is required in order to review and take public comments regarding: THE DANGEROUS BUILDINGS BOARD’S RECOMMENDATION TO DEMOLISH THE HOUSE LOCATED AT 15361 FLANDERS. You may appear at the above-designated hearing to voice your objections.
