City of Lincoln Park Zoning Board of Appeals Notice of Public Hearings March 25, 2026 Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the City of Lincoln Park that public hearings will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 16 at Lincoln Park City Hall to solicit comments on two variance requests. 3782 Fort The applicant requests a variance from Chapter 1296.02(M)(1) of the Zoning Ordinance to permit a secondary ingress/egress from a drive-through pharmacy onto a local street (Riverbank St) at 3782 Fort St, Lincoln Park, MI 48146 (parcel ID# 45-018-01-0147-000). 2055 Fort Park The applicant requests a variance from Chapter 1280.02(t) of the Zoning Ordinance to permit an approximately 18,000 square foot retail grocery store, exceeding the maximum 10,000 square foot requirement, at 2055 Fort Park Blvd, Lincoln Park, MI 48146 (parcel ID# 45-009-07-0002-302). Proposals are available for review at www.citylp.com one week before the public hearing date. Comments from the public are welcome at the public hearings to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at Lincoln Park City Hall, 1355 Southfield Road, Lincoln Park MI 48146. Written comments may be directed to the City of Lincoln Park Building Department, until the day before the meeting.
