City of Lincoln Park Planning Commission Notice of Public Hearings June 11, 2026 Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the City of Lincoln Park that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at Lincoln Park City Hall to solicit comments on the proposed zoning application within the City. 1466 Dix Rezoning The rezoning application proposes to change the zoning map’s designation of the property at 1466 Dix Highway from its current designation of Neighborhood Business District (NBD) to the proposed designation of Municipal Business District (MBD). The site is located at: 1466 Dix Highway, Lincoln Park, MI 48146 Parcel ID: 45-005-01-0822-001 This proposal is available for review at www.citylp.com one week before the public hearing date. Comments from the public are welcome at the public hearing to be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 7:00 pm or shortly after as the agenda allows, at Lincoln Park City Hall, 1355 Southfield Road, Lincoln Park MI 48146. Written comments may be submitted to the City of Lincoln Park Building Department, until the day before the meeting. This notice is in compliance with sections 1262.07 and 1262.08 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lincoln Park, Michigan Public Act 267 of 1976 (Open Meetings Act), and the Americans with Disabilities Act. The City of Lincoln Park will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed material being considered at the meeting to individuals with disability at the hearing upon seven (7) days prior notice to the City of Lincoln Park.
