City of Lincoln Park Planning Commission Notice of Public Hearing August 15, 2025 Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the City of Lincoln Park that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at Lincoln Park City Hall to solicit comments on a site plan review within the City. The applicant is requesting site plan approval involving the construction of an “off-street parking A lot” on LeBlanc St, adjoining a medical office (autism therapy center for children) at 3955 Dix Highway. The off-street parking A lot proposes up to six parking spaces and will be accessed from the alley that runs parallel to Dix Hwy. Per §1290.04(a) of the Zoning Ordinance, this notice is required all proposed off-street parking A lots. The site is located at: 3955 Dix Hwy, Lincoln Park, MI 48146 (building); and vacant lot on LeBlanc St Parcel IDs: 45-017-05-0001-001 (building); 45-017-06-1010-000 (vacant lot on LeBlanc) Proposals are available for review at www.citylp.com one week before the public hearing date. Comments from the public are welcome at the public hearing to be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 7:00 pm or shortly after as the agenda allows, at Lincoln Park City Hall, 1355 Southfield Road, Lincoln Park MI 48146. Written comments may be submitted to the City of Lincoln Park Building Department, until the day before the meeting. This notice is in compliance with sections 1262.07 and 1262.08 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lincoln Park, Michigan Public Act 267 of 1976 (Open Meetings Act), and the Americans with Disabilities Act. The City of Lincoln Park will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio tapes of printed material being considered at the meeting to individuals with disability at the hearing upon seven (7) days prior notice to the City of Lincoln Park.
