City of Flat Rock Wayne County, Michigan Ordinance No. 470 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF FLAT ROСK THAT IS ADOPTED BY REFRENCE PURSUANT TO ZONING CODE SECTION 8.02 The City of Flat Rock Ordains: Section I. The Zoning Map of the City of Flat Rock adopted by reference in Zoning Code Section 8.02 is hereby amended by reclassifying properties designated as O-1 to C-1 as depicted in the amended Zoning Map. The Zoning Map, City of Flat Rock with all notations, references, and other information shown thereon shall be, and is hereby declared to be a part of this ordinance as if fully described herein. That the Zoning Map, City of Flat Rock, and all ordinances or parts of ordinances, the Code of the City of Flat Rock, or parts of the Code of the City of Flat Rock, not consistent herewith are hereby repealed. Section III. Following Council approval of the amended Zoning Map adopted by reference pursuant to Zoning Code Section 8.02, notice shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the city within fifteen (15) days after adoption, in accordance with Section 401(7) of Michigan Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended. A record of the amended Zoning Map, City of Flat Rock shall be maintained by the city clerk and the department of building and safety. A master zoning map shall be maintained by the director of building and safety, which shall identify all map amendments by number and issue.
