City of Ferndale, Michigan LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the Charter of the City of Ferndale, State of Michigan, as provided in Chapter IX, Section 8, the Annual City Budget for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2027, has been filed with the City Clerk’s Office and a Public Hearing will be held on said Budget, in the City Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 300 East Nine Mile Road, on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing. A copy of said Budget, as prepared and on file with the City Clerk’s Office, is now available for public inspection between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and on the City website at https://www.ferndalemi.gov/resources/budgets.
