City of Berkley 2026 March Board of Review The City of Berkley will be conducting the 2026 March Board of Review and will convene in the City Hall at 3338 Coolidge, Berkley, Michigan 48072. The regular Board of Review schedule is as follows: Organizational Meeting March 10, 2026 - 2:00 PM Appeal Hearings March 10, 2026 - 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM March 12, 2026 – 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM Hearing dates and times may be scheduled as needed. In person hearings are by appointment only and write in petitions will be accepted. COMPLETED 2026 BOARD OF REVIEW PETITIONS (L-4035 FORMS) ARE NECESSARY and must be filled out entirely prior to your appointment or petition drop off. The deadline for submitting petitions for all persons wishing to appeal before the Board of Review is by Thursday, March 12, 2026. A resident or non-resident taxpayer may file a petition with the Board of Review without the requirement of a personal appearance by a taxpayer representative. An agent must have written authority to represent the owner, and it must be submitted to the Board of Review on the form prescribed by the assessor’s office. Written petitions must be received by the Assessor’s office end of day Thursday, March 12, 2026, to be reviewed by the Board. Postmarks are not accepted.
