CITY OF TROY PUBLIC HEARING CANCELLATION The public hearing scheduled before the Planning Commission on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026, regarding the proposed Pointe Park One-Family Cluster development has been CANCELLED. The applicant has indicated an intent to revise the proposal to a by-right development. As a courtesy upon resubmittal, we will provide a notice of the Planning Commission meeting at which the by-right development is considered. A date for that meeting has not yet been determined. The subject property is located east of I-75, north of E Long Lake. The parcel numbers are 88-20-09-402-013, 88-20-09-401-007, 88-20-09-451-019, & 88-20-09-451-020. More specifically west of Daniels between Mckinley and Stalwart. The proposed development is within the R-1B (One Family Residential) zoning district. The Planning Commission will have approval authority for this application. Questions may be directed to the Planning Department.
