CLINTON TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE NO. 260-A-507 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MAP OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF CLINTON TOWNSHIP PART TWELVE - PLANNING AND ZONING CODE THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF CLINTON ORDAINS: 1. That the map of the CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF CLINTON TOWNSHIP, PART TWELVE - PLANNING AND ZONING CODE (fka Clinton Township Zoning Ordinance No. 260-A-507), be and hereby is amended by the rezoning of the following described land from OS-1 to RT - Two Family Residential 0.855 Acres of Vacant Land, fronting the East Side of Hayes Road, North of Utica Road, Parcel ID 16-11-19-301-026 - addressed as 37676 Hayes Road. The following sketch generally designates the location of the above-described land as rezoned: Ordinance No. 260-A-507 Page 2 2. That all provisions of the Codified Ordinances of Clinton Township, Part Twelve - Planning and Zoning Code, except as amended herein, shall remain in full force and effect. 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days following publication hereof.
