CITY OF WIXOM PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Sale of City-Owned Property The Wixom City Council will conduct a Public Hearing to discuss the proposed sale of City- owned property located at the northwestern corner of the Wixom Road and Pontiac Trail Intersection, specifically the properties known as 119, 121, 131, 201, 205, AND 221 N. Wixom Road, as well as 3343 and 3360 Renton Street, Wixom, MI 48393. The Public Hearing will take place during the regular City Council meeting held on Tuesday, May 12 th , 2026, which begins at 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers, 49045 Pontiac Trail, Wixom MI 48393, The parcels identification numbers are 17-31-502-007, 17-31-477-002, 17-31-477-003, 17-31-477- 010, 17-31-477-001, 17-31-477-008, 17-31-477-009, 17-31-477-006. Members of the public are invited to offer comments on this proposed sale of property during the course of the hearing or may address their comments in writing by submitting letters to the Office of the City Clerk, City of Wixom, 49045 Pontiac Trail, Wixom MI 48393 prior to the public hearing.
