CITY OF WIXOM PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Wixom Planning Commission will conduct the following public hearing at their next regular meeting scheduled for June 1 st , 2026, for the following topic: PUBLIC HEARING FOR SPECIAL LAND USE: 30517 ANDERSEN COURT, WIXOM, MI 48393: The applicant is seeking a special land use permit to operate an existing facility as a truck, automobile and equipment sales, rentals, storage, repair and towing service business in the M-1 district under Section 18.09.020, Schedule of uses. The application states the site is to be used as a repair facility with little to no sales or rental activity. The parcel number is 22-05- 276-005. Documents related to the public hearing will be available for inspection at the City Building Department, during normal business hours Monday through Thursday, 7:15am - 5:30pm. The Planning Commission meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.
