CITY OF WIXOM PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Wixom Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct the following public hearing at the regular meeting scheduled for Monday, April 13 th , 2026 for the following topic: PUBLIC HEARING FOR VARIANCE REQUEST # PZBA25-007: 49800 GRAND RIVER AVENUE, WIXOM, MI, 48393: The applicant is seeking approval for the following variances: 1) To allow a second wall sign rather than the maximum one wall sign for an interior lot pursuant to Section 18.16.060 Section 18.22.03.E Dimensional and Other Non-use Variances, gives the Zoning Board of Appeals authority to grant variances when it can be shown that ordinance standards cannot be met and a practical difficulty exists.
