CITY OF WIXOM PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Wixom Planning Commission will conduct the following public hearing at their next regular meeting scheduled for Monday, March 2 nd , 2026, for the following topic: PUBLIC HEARING FOR SPECIAL LAND USE: 48850 W 12 MILE RD WIXOM, MI 48393: The applicant is seeking a special land use permit to operate an existing facility as a minor automotive repair businesses including muffler work, shock absorber replacement, tire repalcemnt and minor engine repair in the B-3 district under Section 18.06.020, Schedule of uses. The parcel number is 22-08-376-033. Documents related to the public hearing will be available for inspection at the City Building Department, during normal business hours Monday through Thursday, 7:15am - 5:30pm. The Planning Commission meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.
