CITY OF WIXOM NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Wixom City Council will hold two Public Hearings, numbered below, at their regular meeting on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Wixom City Hall, 49045 Pontiac Trail, Wixom MI 48393, to consider the following requests from Quality Engineering Company: 1) Requesting the establishment of an Industrial Development District at 29837 S. Wixom Road, Wixom MI 48393 2) Requesting the issuance of Industrial Facilities Tax Exemption Certificate for the properties located at 29837 S. Wixom Road, Wixom MI 48393 for Quality Engineering Company’s Proposed new 85,000 square foot facility. Land situated in the City of Wixom, County of Oakland, State of Michigan, more particularly described as follows: A PARCEL OF LAND IN PART OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE 8 EAST, CITY OF WIXOM, OAKLAND COUNTY, MICHIGAN, DESCRIBED AS: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 6 (ALSO BEING THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 7); THENCE SOUTH 86 DEGREES 53 MINUTES 16 SECONDS WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 60.00 FEET TO THE WEST LINE OF WIXOM ROAD (120.00 FEET WIDE); THENCE NORTH 02 DEGREES 59 MINUTES 17 SECONDS WEST 1236.12 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 86 DEGREES 58 MINUTES 40 SECONDS WEST 888.95 FEET; THENCE NORTH 03 DEGREES 03 MINUTES 33 SECONDS WEST 195.44 FEET; THENCE NORTH 27 DEGREES 24 MINUTES 07 SECONDS EAST 262.71 FEET; THENCE NORTH 86 DEGREES 53 MINUTES 33 SECONDS EAST 756.30 FEET TO THE WEST LINE OF WIXOM ROAD; THENCE SOUTH 02 DEGREES 59 MINUTES 17 SECONDS EAST 423.09 FEET ALONG THE WEST LINE OF WIXOM ROAD TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING 360,561 SQUARE FEET OR 8.28 ACRES OF LAND.
