CITY OF UTICA CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Take notice that the City of Utica City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 7550 Auburn Road, Utica, MI. The purpose of the public hearing is to gain citizen input for a temporary use and tents request for the annual St. Lawrence Applefest, 44633 Utica Rd., September 11, 12, 13, 2026.
