CITY OF SOUTHGATE PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a work study at 6:30 P.M. and Public Hearing held by the City of Southgate Planning Commission on Monday, July 13 th , 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal Council Chambers at 14400 Dix Toledo Highway to hear the following petitions: 1. Review of a proposed rezoning on the parcel located at 15468 Northline Road (Parcel #53 002 01 0040 000). The nature of the request is to rezone the subject property from the RO-1, Restricted Office to C-2, General Business District. A copy of the proposed plans is available for public inspection in the Building Department at City Hall during regular business hours. The purpose of this meeting is to hear public comment on the above petition(s). All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing, submit a written statement to the City Clerk, or e-mail a statement to Jferencz@southgatemi.gov on or before 4:00 p.m. July 13th, 2026.
