CITY OF SOUTHGATE BOARD OF REVIEW NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assessor’s Office of the City of Southgate will submit to the Board of Review of said City the assessment roll for the current year 2026, prepared for examination and review. The Board of Review will be in session for the purpose of adding to the description and value of real property liable to assessment in said City which were omitted from such assessment roll, correcting errors in names of persons and descriptions of property on such roll and in the assessment and valuation of property thereon and to cause to be done whatever else may be necessary to make said roll comply with the provisions of the law. The Board of Review will be in session at Southgate City Hall, 14400 Dix-Toledo Rd., Southgate, Michigan, as follows with interested petitioners. APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED - NO WALK-INS WILL BE ACCEPTED: Tuesday, March 3, 2026 9:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 10, 2026 12:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 17, 2026 9:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M.
