CITY OF SOUTHGATE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that there will be a Public Hearing held by the City of Southgate Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday, April 13 th , 2026, at 5:30 P.M. in the Municipal Council Chambers at 14400 Dix Toledo Highway to hear the following petitions: 1. Dimensional variance request from section 1298.01, Schedule of Area Regulations to allow a fifteen (15) foot front yard setback deviation for a proposed ranch style home(s). The subject property is located at 14005 Allen Road within the R-1B, One-Family Residential District. A copy of the proposed plans is available for public inspection in the Building Department at City Hall during regular business hours. The purpose of this meeting is to hear public comment on the above petitions.
