Troy St., Royal Oak, Michigan, to conduct public hearings on the following applications: Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment – Article IV Zone Regulations and General Provisions – § 770-35 One-Family Large Lot Residential – Area and Bulk Regulations (Senior Accessory Dwelling Floor Area).
