CITY OF RICHMOND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING At 7:00 pm, on Monday, February 2, 2026, at the Richmond City Hall, 36725 Division Road, Richmond, Michigan 48062, a public hearing will be held to obtain the views of citizens concerning community development and housing needs, as required by the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended. The City of Richmond will be applying for approximately $4,930.00 dollars in Community Development Block Grant Public Service funds for FY2026 from the Macomb “Urban County” Program. Federal guidelines require that maximum priority be given to activities, which primarily benefit low or moderate-income families or which aid in the prevention or elimination of slums or blight. Citizens residing in blighted areas or lower-income persons are encouraged to participate. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate special needs, including handicap accessibility or interpreter, will be made upon receiving 72-hour notice.
