ADVERTISEMENT CITY OF RICHMOND, MICHIGAN 2026 AGGREGATE MATERIAL SUPPLY CONTRACT Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Richmond, Michigan, at the office of the City Clerk, 36725 Division Road, P.O. Box 457, Richmond, Michigan 48062, until 10:30 a.m. local time on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud, for the 2026 Aggregate Materials Supply Contract. The contract is for the supply and delivery of MDOT 21AA Limestone and MDOT Class III sand, on an as-needed basis, for the time period of March 1, 2026 thru March 1, 2027. Sealed bids marked “2026 Aggregate Material Supply Contract” should be mailed to the Richmond City Clerk, P.O. Box 457, Richmond, Michigan 48062, or hand delivered to the office of the City Clerk prior to the scheduled bid opening stated in this advertisement. Bids may also be sent electronically to richmonddpw@comcast.net with the subject line “2026 Aggregate Material Supply Contract”. The right is reserved by the Owner to accept any Proposal, to reject any or all Proposals, and to waive any and all irregularities in Proposals. No bids may be withdrawn after the above date and time for receiving bids for a period of thirty (30) days.
