The project consists of the removal of the existing culvert and associated infrastructure and the installation of a new precast reinforced concrete box culvert, roadway reconstruction, drainage improvements, erosion control measures, traffic control, guardrail replacement, and restoration of all disturbed areas. Deliverable: A fully completed and operational culvert replacement project, including roadway reconstruction, drainage improvements, guardrail installation, restoration, and final acceptance by the City of Pontiac. The bidder will be required to comply with Michigan statutory prohibitions against discrimination in employment and with employment opportunities for City of Pontiac residents.
