CITY OF OAK PARK PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Oak Park Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., or thereafter, the PUBLIC HEARING will be held in the City Council Chambers at 14000 Oak Park Blvd., Oak Park, MI. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comments on a proposed rezoning for 24850 Greenfield Rd. Parcel ID #52-25-30-101-040, from PCD, Planned Corridor Development District, to B-2, General Business District. The applicant proposes to convert the former Rite Aid retail building into an automobile gasoline station and a community life and wellness center, which would require B-2, General Business Zoning District. The Public Hearing will also receive public comments on a proposed Special Land Use request submitted by Dominic Bacall for the automobile gasoline station and community life and wellness center at 24850 Greenfield Rd. Parcel ID #52-25-30-101-040. The Rezoning and Special Land Use requests can be reviewed at the Municipal Services Department - Economic Development and Planning, 14300 Oak Park Blvd., during regular business hours.
