CITY OF MOUNT CLEMENS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENTS TUESDAY, JULY 7, 2026 - 7:00 p.m. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the City of Mount Clemens Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing regarding proposed text amendments to the zoning ordinance. The nature of the public hearing will be to discuss proposed amendments to Section 9.3 - Fences and Screening Walls, regarding the allowed height of residential fences and hedges in proximity to the intersection of driveways and the public right-of-way. The public hearing regarding these text amendments will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 in the City Commission Chamber at the Mount Clemens Municipal Building, 1 Crocker Boulevard, Mount Clemens, MI 48043.
