The applicant seeks a variance from Section 5.13 (Off-Street Parking) of the City of Lathrup Village Zoning Ordinance. The variance is requested due to the limited number of on-site parking spaces available within the existing commercial plaza, and the availability of public parking to serve the surrounding area.
