At the meeting the Planning Commission will hear a proposed ordinance amendment and take Public Comment for: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 40, ZONING, ARTICLE 2, DEFINITIONS, SECTION 40-2.02, DEFINITIONS, TO ADD A DEFINITION OF “SHORT-TERM RENTAL,” AND ARTICLE 4, DISTRICT REGULATIONS, SECTION 40-4.08, SCHEDULE OF REGULATIONS, TO AMEND THE USE MATRIX TO ADD A CATEGORY FOR SHORT-TERM RENTALS. You may express your concerns to the Commission during the meeting at the City Hall or by writing to the Commission prior to the meeting at: Huntington Woods City Hall, 26815 Scotia Road, Huntington Woods, MI 48070.
