At the meeting the Planning Commission will hear a proposed ordinance amendment and take Public Comment for : AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 40, ZONING, ARTICLE 5, SPECIFIC USE PROVISIONS, SECTION 40-5.14, SINGLE-FAMILY ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN STANDARDS, TO AMEND SUBSECTION 40-5.14(C), EXTERIOR FINISHES, TO ADD CLAY AND METAL AS POSSIBLE ROOFING MATERIALS, AND SUBSECTION 40-5.14(F), ROOFS, TO PROVIDE FOR STANDARD SEAM METAL ROOFS WITH CONCEALED FASTENERS TO BE A PERMISSIBLE ROOFING MATERIAL WITHOUT PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL.
