CITY OF HUNTINGTON WOODS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS PUBLIC HEARING March 9,2026 CITY HALL COMMISSION CHAMBERS 26815 SCOTIA 7:30 PM You are hereby notified that the Huntington Woods Zoning Board of Appeals is scheduled to meet on Monday, March 9, 2026 – 7:30 p.m. the meeting will be held in the City Hall Commission Chambers. At the meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals will hear variance requests from David Ellenberg at 13332 Ludlow and take Public Comment for the following variances : Section 40-4.03 - R-1A through R-1E: One-Family Districts D. Dimensional Requirements. The following dimensional requirements shall apply to the R-1A through R-1E Districts: Maximum house size. Asking to exceed the maximum house size for 2,695 sf where 2,541 sf is permitted. Total overage and request of 154 sf. You may express your concerns to the Commission during the meeting at the Public Library or by writing to the Commission prior to the meeting at: Huntington Woods City Hall, 26815 Scotia Road, Huntington Woods, MI 48070.
