At the meeting the Zoning Board of Appeals will hear variance requests from Eric Lehmann at 25615 Parkwood and take Public Comment for the following variances : Section 40-4.03 - R-1A through R-1E: One-Family Districts D. Dimensional Requirements. The following dimensional requirements shall apply to the R-1A through R-1E Districts: Asking for 42% lot coverage where 30% is allowed 33.9% exists. 220 SF addition to the garage. AND Section 40-6.03 - Accessory Buildings, Structures and Uses B.Accessory Buildings in Residential Zoning Districts.(1)No more than two (2) accessory building or structures may be permitted per lot. A private garage or carport not to exceed 650 square feet in floor area and one other accessory building not to exceed 100 sq. ft. in floor area may be permitted.
