CITY OF FERNDALE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Ferndale City Council will hold a Public Hearing at City Hall, 300 E. Nine Mile, Ferndale, MI, 48220 on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 7:00 PM, for the purpose of considering vacating those portions of the following alley in the City of Ferndale, County of Oakland, State of Michigan, described as follows: THE 8-FOOT-WIDE NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY LOCATED EAST OF HILTON ROAD BETWEEN BRECKENRIDGE STREET AND ROSEWOOD STREET, AND ADJACENT TO LOTS 28 THROUGH 30, IN THE CITY OF FERNDALE, OAKLAND COUNTY, MICHIGAN. The public meeting will be held under the provisions of the Open Meetings Act (MCL 15.261, et seq.). Any resident or property owner may participate in the Public Hearing or submit written comments to the Community and Economic Development Department by mail (300 E. 9 Mile Rd., Ferndale, MI 48220) or email (ced@ferndalemi.gov) prior to the meeting.
