CITY OF EASTPOINTE COUNTY OF MACOMB STATE OF MICHIGAN SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 26-1257 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 44, TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES, ARTICLE III, PARKING STOPPING AND STANDING, OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF EASTPOINTE The City of Eastpointe has adopted Ordinance No. 26-1257, which removes language referring to a “parking violations bureau.” A true copy of the entire Ordinance can be inspected or obtained by the public at the office of the Eastpointe City Clerk, 23200 Gratiot Avenue, Eastpointe, Michigan. CERTIFICATION We, Michael Klinefelt, Mayor, and Ryan Madis, City Clerk, for the City of Eastpointe, Macomb County, Michigan, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 26-1257 was duly adopted by the City Council after a second reading thereof at a regular meeting of said Council held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
