C CITY OF FERNDALE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN UPDATE Notice is hereby given that the Ferndale Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to MCL Section 125.3865 in the Council Chambers of the City of Ferndale, located at 300 East Nine Mile Road, at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, February 18, 2026, to receive comments on the proposed Capital Improvement Plan. The Capital Improvement Plan includes text, tables, graphs, and value that describe the City’s proposal for future capital investments. Copies of the proposed Capital Improvement Plan and all accompanying materials may be inspected at City Hall during business hours and on the City’s website at ferndalemi.gov/council-meetings. Written comments can be sent to the City Manager’s Office at the address given or email James Krizan at jkrizan@ferndalemi.gov. Any resident or property owner may attend the Hearing and voice their views.
