CHIPPEWA VALLEY SCHOOLS ADVERTISEMENT TO BID Bid Package #6.2526B-10.2526B 2026 Roofing Projects – Erie, Iroquois, Seneca, Dakota 9, and Athletic Storage Buildings Bid documents are available starting October 1, 2025 by emailing purchasing@cvs.k12.mi.us or via Chippewa Valley Schools website Chippewa Valley Schools Bids. Bid proposals shall be based on requirements set forth in the bid package. Roofing work is scheduled to start the summer of 2026. Bid proposals for the Bid Package 6.2526B-10.2526B must be received no later than 2:00 p.m., local time on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 and read aloud at the Chippewa Valley Schools Administration Building, located at 19120 Cass Ave, Clinton Township, MI 48038. Bidders are required to submit Iran Economic Sanctions Act Form (MCL 129.311). Bid proposals shall be accompanied by Familial Disclosure Form (MCL 380.1267) disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the Bidder and any member of the Board or the Superintendent of the School District. Bid proposals that do not include this sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Form shall not be accepted. The School Board will not accept any bid submitted after the indicated due date and time. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals, either in whole or in part. The Board reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in bidding and to accept bid alternates. The Board also reserves the right to award a contract in any manner deemed by the Board, in the Board’s sole discretion, to be in the Board’s best interest.
