CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF WEST BLOOMFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE JUNE 16, 2026 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 16, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., the Zoning Board of Appeals shall conduct a meeting at West Bloomfield Town Hall – Board Room; 4550 Walnut Lake Rd., West Bloomfield, to consider the following requests: DRY EYE HEALING INSTITUTE SIGN (CASE PV26-0022) Request: 1. A variance to have a primary sign above the sign band. (Section 3.1.22.I.vi.a.1) Parcel: 5620 W. Maple Rd. Sidwell # 18-26-301-029 Applicant / Owner: Jennifer Yalldo - Dry Eye Healing Institute The proposed plans are available for public review at the Planning & Development Services Department during normal business hours. The proposed plans will be available for public review on the Township’s website no later than 5:00PM on June 12, 2026.
