CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF WEST BLOOMFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE JUNE 2, 2026 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 2, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., the Zoning Board of Appeals shall conduct a meeting at West Bloomfield Town Hall – Board Room; 4550 Walnut Lake Rd., West Bloomfield, to consider the following requests: VIDU (CASE PV26-0017) Request: 1. A variance to have fence on the rear side (lakeside property) of the house (Section 5.1.5.D.iii.a). Parcel: 2651 Hiller Rd. Sidwell # 18-09-176-011 Applicant / Owner: George Vidu The proposed plans are available for public review at the Planning & Development Services Department during normal business hours. The proposed plans will be available for public review on the Township’s website no later than 5:00PM on May 28, 2026.
