CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF WEST BLOOMFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE APRIL 21, 2026 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 21, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., the Zoning Board of Appeals shall conduct a meeting at West Bloomfield Town Hall – Board Room; 4550 Walnut Lake Rd., West Bloomfield, to consider the following requests: JIFFY LUBE (CASE PV26-0010) Request: 1. A variance to allow an Automotive Repair Facility below the required minimum site acreage (Section 4.41.1). 2. A variance to allow an Automotive Repair Facility below the required minimum street frontage (Section 4.41.2). 3. A variance to have an Automotive Repair Facility with 3 service bay doors facing a major thoroughfare (Section 4.41.3). 4. A variance to not have a continuous screening wall to separate B-4 general commercial from residential district. (Section 5.12.2).
