CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF UNION ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public comments on the following request pursuant to Section 14.4.K (Zoning Board of Appeals, Variances) of the Township Zoning Ordinance No. 20-06: PUBLIC HEARING FOR A VARIANCE REQUEST (PVAR25-02): Sacred Heart Parish of Mount Pleasant request a twenty-five (25) foot setback variance from Section 3.7 (R-1 Rural Residential). Rear Yard Setback requirements for a principal building. Located at 4355 S. Lincoln Road, an approximate 6.06-acre parcel zoned R-1 (Rural Residential District) located in the NW 1/4 of Section 28.
