CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF COMMERCE 2009 Township Drive Commerce Township, MI 48390 NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL REZONING The Township Board of the Charter Township of Commerce at its May 12, 2026, regular Township Board Meeting approved the amendment of its Zoning Ordinance changing the zoning map to rezone the following property from R-1A, Large Lot One Family Residential and R-2, Attached Residential to a zoning classification of R-1D, One Family Residential (Conditional). The diagram below depicts the parcels of land conditionally rezoned: PCZ25-01 Bogie Lake Holdings, LLC of Walled Lake, MI is granted a Conditional Rezoning of seven parcels of land totaling approx. 14.9 acres from R-1A (Large Lot One Family Residential) & R-2 (Attached Residential) to R-1D (One Family Residential) located on the south side of Bogie Lake Road between Walled Lake Northern High School and the Westlake Health Campus. The developer intends to build 46 single-family homes. A copy of the Ordinance amendment, identified as Ordinance No. 3.068, and the Conditional Rezoning Agreement may be inspected or purchased at 2009 Township Drive, Commerce Township, Michigan Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:15 am to 5:30 pm.
