CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF CLINTON MACOMB COUNTY, MICHIGAN ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE NO. 505 Amendment to Massage Establishment Ordinance At a meeting of the Board of Trustees held on Monday, March 16, 2026, Ordinance No. 505, amending the Charter Township of Clinton’s Ordinances, Chapter 850 – Massage Establishment, was adopted. The following is a summary of said Ordinance: Section 1. Preamble. The ordinance promotes and preserves public health, safety and welfare. Section 2. The following provision of the Ordinance shall be amended as follows: 850.12 and 850.13 are amended to permit service via electronic email. Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed only to the extent necessary give this ordinance full force and effect. Section 4. Severability. The ordinance is severable. Section 5. Effective Date. Provisions of this Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon publication.
