PUBLIC NOTICE City of Taylor Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Program Year (PY) 2019 Action Plan Amendment The City of Taylor is amending its Annual Action Plan for Program Year (PY) 2019 for Community Development Block Grant CDBG CV CARES Act funding in the amount of $165,004.10 from PY 2019 Economic Development CV and CV3 Business Assistance to PY 2019 CV and CV3 Food Banks Assistance.
