NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a Public Hearing will be held by the City of Berkley on the proposed use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. The Hearing will be held on Monday, November 17, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at Berkley City Hall, 3338 Coolidge Hwy, Berkley, MI 48072 for the purpose of hearing public comments on the CDBG Program Year 2026 application to fund eligible projects. All interested citizens are requested to attend the Public Hearing. Comments will also be received in writing or in person at the City Clerk’s office until 5:00 PM on November 17, 2025. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate special needs, including handicap accessibility or interpreter, will be made upon receiving 72-hour advance notice.
