PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF TAYLOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT ADOPTION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM PY 2026-27 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN AND 2026-30 FIVE-YEAR CONSOLIDATED PLAN TO ALL INTERESTED AGENCIES, GROUPS, AND PERSONS: The City of Taylor has adopted the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) Program Year (PY) 2026-27 CDBG Annual Action Plan and 2026-30 Five-Year Consolidated Plan, planning documents that direct the City in its use of federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Annual Action Plan and Five-Year Consolidated Plan will be available for review online at https://www.cityoftaylor.com/1114/Public-Reports-and-Notices and at the Community Development Department, 23555 Goddard Road, Taylor, MI 48180.
