CITY OF LINCOLN PARK PUBLIC NOTICE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) 52ND PROGRAM YEAR ANNUAL ACTION PLAN 30-DAY PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD The City of Lincoln Park has prepared a draft 52nd Program Year Annual Action Plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The Annual Action Plan outlines the activities proposed to address community development, housing, public infrastructure, public safety, public services, and other eligible community development needs within the City of Lincoln Park, with particular emphasis on benefiting low- and moderate-income persons and neighborhoods. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has announced that the City of Lincoln Park anticipates receiving approximately $802,244 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding for the 52nd Program Year. Additional funding may also be available through Program Income generated by the City's revolving loan programs. Proposed activities include public service programs, housing rehabilitation and neighborhood improvement loan programs, public safety equipment and code enforcement activities, sewer lateral rehabilitation, park and recreation improvements, infrastructure improvements, and other eligible community development activities. The Draft 52nd Program Year Annual Action Plan will be available for public review beginning June 7, 2026, and continuing through July 7, 2026.
