City of Taylor Council Minutes MINUTES The Special meeting of the Taylor City Council was held on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 6:31 p.m. in the Taylor Municipal Building at 23555 Goddard Road, Taylor, Michigan. Council Chairman Charley Johnson called the meeting to order. To authorize City Clerk to certify mileages for spread by Assessor against taxable valuation of all real & personal properties subject to taxation within City & to be collected by Treasurer Unanimously carried to R&F memorandum from Director of Budget & Finance regarding Headlee & Truth-in-Taxation calculations Unanimously carried to approve 1% property tax administration fee to be included on 2026 property tax bills Unanimously carried to approve City of Taylor General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 26-27 & Omnibus Budget Amendment for Fiscal Year 25-26 per attached resolution & budget document Unanimously carried to approve adjournment at 6:48 p.m. _______________________________________ Cynthia A.
