ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS BUILDING 63 RENOVATION GROSSE ILE TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN Sealed bids for Building 63 Renovation located at 27502 Meridian Rd. at Grosse Ile Airport will be received at the Clerk’s Office of the Township of Grosse Ile (Owner), 9601 Groh Road, Grosse Ile Michigan, no later than 3:00 p.m., June 5, 2026 at which time and place said Bids shall be opened and publicly read aloud at the Township Clerk’s office. Please list the project, company name and contact information on the front of the sealed bid. Bid documents are available on-line at www.grosseile.com or by contacting the Airport Manager by email at janelm@grosseileairport.com. All respondents must address all requested criteria in the proposal and meet the Township’s legal and insurance requirements to be considered. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site. All instructions and clarifications given on-site shall be recognized as valid bidding instructions. Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference Will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 10:00 am local time at the project site at 27502 Meridian Road, Grosse Ile, MI 48138. The Airport Manager will be present to discuss the project and receive questions from prospective bidders, who are encouraged to attend and participate in the discussion. All bids shall remain firm and may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days following the date of receipt of bids. The Township of Grosse Ile reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularity in any bid and to make the award in any manner deemed to be in its best interest.
