City of Pontiac 2025-26 Proposed Budget Amendments Notice The Pontiac City Council will consider the following proposed budget amendments for the fiscal year 2025-26: 1. Increase budgeted revenues in the amount of $193,500 to the General Fund in General Ledger Account Number 202-000-582.000-OAKTRA-Oakland County Access to Transit Grant Revenue Increase appropriations to the General Ledger Fund in Account Number 202-000-582.000-OAKTRA – Other Professional Services This budget amendment relates to the $193,500 Oakland County Access to Transit Grant Funding. 2. Increase in Appropriations: 101-458-971.001 — Land Acquisition of Real Property: $10,000,000.00 — Final payment — acquisition of 300 W. Huron Street (DPW Building) Decrease in Appropriations / Fund Balance: 101-000-390.000 — Use of Fund Balance — final payment on 300 W. Huron Street acquisition: $10,000,000.00 This budget amendment of $10,000,000 is for the purchase of 300 Huron Street. The budget amendments will be considered on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Pontiac City Council Meeting.
