PUBLIC NOTICE Board of Review Charter Township of Springfield The Charter Township of Springfield Board of Review will meet at the Springfield Township Civic Center, 12000 Davisburg Road, Davisburg, Michigan 48350 to hear appeals for the year 2026 assessments. Questions regarding the value or classification placed on properties may be reviewed with staff prior to the hearings. To schedule an appointment for the Board of Review, please contact the township offices prior to March 1 st by calling 248-846-6532. The Board of Review has established a ten-minute time limit for hearing assessment appeals. Board of Review Hearings The following dates and times are scheduled for appointments: Monday March 9, 2026 9:00a.m. to 12:00p.m. & 1:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. Wednesday March 11, 2026 2:00p.m. to 5:00p.m. & 6:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Tentative Equalization Ratio: Real & Personal 50% Tentative Equalization Factor: Real & Personal 1.00000 Property owners may also appeal by sending a letter to the Board of Review at Charter Township of Springfield, 12000 Davisburg Road, Davisburg, Michigan 48350. All written appeals must be in letter form, not email, and received before 4:00p.m., Thursday, March 12 th , 2026. Representatives must submit written authorization from the property owner to protest on their behalf. The Board of Review meeting room is handicap accessible.
