Southgate Community Schools Advertisement for Bid Southgate Community Schools will receive sealed bid proposals for: Summer 2026 Renovations Project. Until 2:00 p.m. EST on March 10, 2026, for 2026 Renovations Project. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately following the deadline for submission. Southgate Community Schools will not consider or accept a bid received after the date and time specified for the bid submission. The bidding documents consists of the RFP prepared by Christman Construction and may be obtained through Building Connected site by selecting the link below. Bids must be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. EST, March 10, 2026 via Building Connected Each proposal must include the forms included in the RFP and must be completed in full. Southgate Community Schools is not liable for any delivery or postal delays. No bids will be received at any location; all bids must be submitted in Building Connected. All proposals shall be firm for a period of sixty (60) days. Oral, telephone, fax or electronic mail bids are invalid and will not receive consideration. All bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the board, board of directors, or the superintendent of the school district. All bids must also be accompanied by a signed and notarized statement to comply with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act of 2012, a signed and notarized Criminal Background Disclosure Affidavit and a signed and notarized Non-Collusive Affidavit.
