The successful contractor will provide all labor, materials, and equipment as defined in the bid specifications. Bid documents will be available on Thursday, June 18, 2026, after 3:00 p.m. for examination and distribution at the Barton Malow Builders Site Office, Building Connected, and the C.A.M Plan Room in Bloomfield Hills, MI. An optional pre-bid conference/site visit will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at 44575 Garfield Rd., Clinton Twp., report to Building K main entrance.
